Perks: Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Weekly paycheck Pay: $34.00 d/hr Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses Responsibilities: Operate software user interfaces to exercise test equipment during hardware bring-up. Calibrate and set up thermal and vibration chambers for reliability testing. Troubleshoot, root cause, and document failures in devices under test (DUT), test equipment, and harnesses. Perform electronic modifications including soldering and rework of circuit boards. Validate system functionality using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and multimeters. Support commissioning and setup of new automated test systems. Requirements: Technical degree or equivalent experience in electronics testing. 5+ years of experience building automated test equipment (ATE) or industrial automation systems. Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, drawings, and product data sheets. Experience with soldering, circuit board rework, and using lab tools for electrical testing. Familiarity with Microsoft and Google productivity tools (Excel, Docs, Slides). Ability to lift and move test boxes and instrumentation. Must pass MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check.
