Job Description Job Description Shifts: 1st Shift (6:00 AM) & 2nd Shift (2:30 PM) 1st Shift ($20.00Hr) & 2nd Shift ($20.50Hr) Position Summary The Final Inspector is responsible for ensuring that finished products meet customer specifications and company quality standards. This includes performing detailed visual and dimensional inspections, documenting any non-conformances, and maintaining accurate inspection records. The role requires strong attention to detail, technical accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough visual inspections of final products to identify defects or deviations from standards. Use measuring tools and equipment to verify dimensional accuracy. Ensure all products meet specifications as defined by spec sheets, bill of materials, and AQL standards. Audit production lines and record key production parameters. Perform pallet inspections to verify proper packaging before shipment. Complete and maintain final inspection reports and related documentation. Perform light touch-ups as necessary to meet quality requirements. Maintain accurate inspection documentation within databases or logs. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Collaborate with team members to maintain quality and efficiency. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 3 years of relevant quality inspection experience required. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment . Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office. Ability to read and interpret spec sheets, purchase orders, and bills of materials. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work overtime and different shifts as needed.
