William Everett is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for Human Resources to join our team as a
Human Resources Specialist . This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work with a talented group of professionals, gain valuable experience in a variety of Human Resources functions, and make a real impact on the business. As an integral part of the Human Resources team, the Human Resources Specialist will provide critical support and contribute to the success of our organization with a focus on Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, job postings, interviews, offers, and preboarding/onboarding. Partner with practice directors and managers to define role requirements, craft job descriptions, and align hiring strategies to business needs. Coordinate interview processes, including monitoring number of rounds, interviewer assignments, scheduling, and feedback. Engage directly with clients to understand role expectations, job qualifications, and manage client-specific preboarding requirements. Uphold and continuously improve recruiting processes to ensure consistency and compliance across all hiring efforts. Demonstrate working knowledge of employment laws including EEO, ADA, and other compliance-related guidelines. Leverage applicant tracking systems and HRIS tools such as UKG Ready, and LinkedIn Recruiter to manage candidate pipelines, preboarding and reporting. Recruiting across management consulting, ERP (SAP/Oracle), IT, customer service, project management, and engineering roles. Delivering a white-glove candidate experience and building strong talent pipelines. Supporting both internal hiring and external staffing engagements. General Human Resources
Maintain and update job descriptions based on new or evolving role requirements. In collaboration with the Director of People, performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including, but not limited to performance, employee experience (recognition, engagement, and satisfaction) and training and development. Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, communications, or a related field. 3 year Human Resources and/or Recruiting experience, ideally within professional services or consulting environments. Experience managing multiple requisitions across various departments and seniority levels. Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, compensation analysis, and labor market trends. Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems. Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Foundational knowledge of employment law and HR compliance. Strong organizational and project management skills. An initiative-taking, self-directed approach with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting client-based or external-facing recruitment. Background in consulting, ERP, or IT Staffing. SHRM-CP or PHR Certification Pay Scale:
$70,000 - $85,000 on an annual basis.
