Responsibilities Work in a hospital-based Interventional Radiology department with 5 procedure rooms Covers Interventional Radiology, Neuro IR, Neuro Surgery Intervention, and Vascular Surgery cases Level 1 trauma center with frequent emergent cases, including stroke interventions Monday to Friday day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a 13-week contract Procedures include aneurysm coiling, stent placements, AVM treatment, urologic procedures, liver and dialysis interventions, trauma/GI embolizations, and mediport placements Equipment includes Siemens Artis Z rooms (single and biplane), Philips Azurion rooms, Jet stream, Angiojet, CSI, IVUS, Pnumbra systems, and a C-arm Duties include assisting with interventional, neurovascular, and vascular surgery procedures Work involves collaboration with mid-level providers for mediports and tunneled lines Role requires adaptability to a diverse caseload ranging from routine to high-acuity trauma No local candidates accepted; must live at least 75 miles from the facility Requirements Active ARRT certification required; license required if applicable Graduate of an A.M.A. approved school of Radiologic Technology Current BLS certification At least one year of experience in Interventional Radiology Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 trauma experience within the last 2 years Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-629143.
