What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Supervise and oversee a variety of complex real estate transactions, ensuring precise acquisition management
Facilitate transaction processes, coordinating the progression of acquisitions to successful closure
Manage due diligence processes and prepare necessary materials for site selection and development
Draft and manage letters of intent and access agreements in collaboration with legal teams
Foster collaboration between Market Strategy, Site Selection, and Commercial Operations to drive unified strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Law, or IT preferred
2-4 years of experience in commercial/industrial real estate transactions
Proven negotiation skills in real estate agreements and contracts
Familiarity with site and legal due diligence processes
Strong proficiency in IT and communication tools, including PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and advanced Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a corporate real estate department
Prior experience in Data Center or technical/industrial facilities
Proficiency or fluency in French
Ability to adapt and thrive in diverse working environments
Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
