Radiology Interventional Technologist

Description
Assist the interventional radiologist, vascular surgeon, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, neuro-interventional radiologist, or neurosurgeon with performing interventional radiology procedures including but not limited to diagnostic and therapeutic angiography of the head and body, venography, fistula grams, central line placement, biopsies, drainages, and pain injections. Typical roles performed during procedures are as circulator or scrub assist.

Required Qualifications
Associate's degree
Coursework/Training: Two-year technical program
Coursework/Training: Completion of an approved radiology technologist training program
Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist or Washington Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification
Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or National Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist - Cardiovascular Credentialing International
Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Technologist - Cardiac-Interventional Radiography or National Registered Technologist - Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography or National Registered Technologist - Vascular-Interventional Radiography
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in Interventional Radiology

Pay Range Pay Range: $57.88 - $94.04. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
