Overview The OQ Coordinator I performs on-site Operator Qualification (OQ) training and evaluations with a solid understanding of the company’s operations related to qualification and training of personnel performing DOT-regulated pipeline-covered tasks. Maintains compliance with applicable federal and state pipeline safety regulatory requirements in a cost-effective and efficient manner, while minimizing the financial impact on pipeline resources. This role may assist with bid evaluations for OQ training. It involves frequent communication with project personnel, project and customer/client management and requires professionalism and confidentiality. Responsibilities

Conduct on-site OQ training and evaluations in alignment with company operations and DOT regulations. Maintain regulatory compliance for pipeline safety at federal and state levels. Assist with bid evaluations for OQ training when needed. Communicate with project personnel and client management; handle sensitive information professionally. Qualifications

0-2 years of experience in assessing, interpreting and managing client-required OQ programs and associated evaluation practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. A valid driver’s license for the vehicle type driven and acceptable driving record. Knowledge of state and federal Operator Qualification regulations. Willingness to travel; ability to commit to long-term onsite projects; travel may include extended durations and weekends. Employment Type & Seniority
