Due to continued growth and strong Lincoln sales, we have an immediate opening for a motivated candidate to join our Three-time President's Award-winning sales team at Galloway Lincoln in Ft Myers. We are looking for one Business Development Specialist. We offer a small, team-oriented environment with an excellent compensation package. Our consultants can sell across our group of pre-owned brands. Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively in-person, over the phone, via email, text, social media, etc., to discover the wants and needs of clients. Proactively consult and guide clients through the sales process, including vehicle appraisal, test drives, finance applications, and explaining vehicle features thoroughly. Use and navigate provided selling tools and industry-specific programs & training successfully. Follow up with potential clients and qualify leads. Adhere to provided metrics, sales guidelines, and requirements. Ensure vehicles and product displays represent the quality and first-class experience clients expect. Maintain brand-specific training and certification requirements. Qualifications:
