Location: Plainfield, IL Full-Time or Part-Time

Estimated Compensation Range (Full-Time Medical Director): Base Salary: $150k - $250k/$300k+/year Plus: Production-based bonuses,
equity partnership , and full benefits (health, CE, PTO, etc.)
$50k signing/retention bonus
