The Team - Corporate Performance Management
Work with fast-growing companies and established enterprises on transformational corporate performance management (CPM) projects utilizing OneStream XF. Collaborate with leaders across Highspring to deliver integrated services, supporting clients in the office of CFO, CAO, and CIO roles. Your Impact
Lead the technical aspects of OneStream projects, engaging in new implementations and optimization efforts throughout the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering to design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Collaborate with leadership in the CPM practice to establish strategy, grow the practice, strengthen partnership with OneStream, enhance our center of excellence, and assist in staffing and recruiting efforts. Support business development initiatives, marketing activities, including events, conferences, demonstrations, and proposal efforts. Ensure compliance with Highspring's delivery methodology, while proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Educate both internal and external stakeholders on OneStream XF features and best practices. Mentor and develop team members through coaching, professional growth activities, and technical training. Engage with other Highspring services (e.g., finance transformation, M&A) as a business partner and advisor to clients. Embrace Highspring's culture, client service principles, and core values. 3+ years of full life cycle experience implementing or optimizing OneStream. 5+ years of additional experience in implementing or optimizing OneStream or similar CPM solutions (e.g., Oracle EPM Cloud, Oracle Hyperion). Proven ability to develop technical solutions that serve functional business needs. 5+ years of relevant experience in professional services. Strong understanding of CPM enabling functional business processes including close, consolidation, reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Insight into CPM best practices. Experience with data integration, conversions, and interfaces. Familiarity with OneStream business rules and/or .NET, VBA, or SQL. Experience managing projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and resources. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams that deliver exceptional services and solutions. Willingness to travel up to 25%. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, information systems, IT, or a related field. Prior functional or industry experience in corporate accounting or financial planning & analysis (FP&A). OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) lead architect certification. CPA, PMP, CSM, or Six Sigma certifications. Your compensation will reflect a variety of factors such as skills, experience, training, licenses, and geographic considerations. The expected salary range for this role is between $129,546 and $239,796 USD. You may also be eligible for bonuses and incentives based on individual and company performance.
