Pay range: $37.50 – $56.25 per hour
Status: Full time
Essential Functions
Consults with physician and operations leaders regarding staffing demand/needs within assigned specialty and region.
Acts as a subject‑matter expert for physician & APP recruitment by providing strategic guidance to leaders on recruitment & retention.
Develops and executes search strategy for physician & APP positions, collaborating with sourcing specialists and hiring leaders.
Manages all phases of the recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, site visit preparation, and follow‑up.
Customizes the candidate experience by engaging with candidates during screening/interview stages and coordinating interview days.
Assists hiring leaders with offer processes, reviewing compensation and offers for APP candidates.
Collaborates with CCO, immigration attorneys, and candidates on immigration needs.
Facilitates inter‑departmental transfers, promotions, and staffing adjustments as directed by leadership.
Maintains accurate physician and APP candidate database, updating status and information.
Prepares and presents timely recruitment reports; leads recruitment & onboarding meetings with leadership.
Works with hiring leaders, recruitment leadership, and D&I team to execute diversity & inclusion strategies.
Implements process improvement initiatives based on identified gaps in workflow or metrics.
Supports the physician & APP recruitment manager as needed.
Education, Experience, & Certifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, ideally in an in‑house or executive search environment.
