Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Bilingual
Removery is the global leader in laser tattoo removal. We aim to normalize tattoo removal and empower people to feel comfortable in their skin. Our studio located at 4375 Southside Blvd Suite 2, Jacksonville, FL 32216 hosts over 1 million successful treatments worldwide. This full‑time position is available for an experienced NP or PA who is bilingual in Spanish and English.
Compensation: $57‑59/hr + uncapped commission
Position Overview As an NP/PA Laser Associate, you will be a go‑to laser expert in the studio, administering safe laser treatments, educating clients on the removal process, and overseeing various laser and operational activities. Your role is to empower clients on their tattoo removal journey and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
Provide safe and effective laser treatments adhering to Removery protocol.
Ensure compliance with Removery safety and treatment standards, including maintaining accurate client records.
Establish trust with clients through excellent customer service and realistic treatment expectations.
Collaborate with the studio team to achieve key performance indicators and foster a positive studio culture.
Perform light cleaning duties and manage administrative tasks to maintain smooth studio operations.
Maintain up‑to‑date licensing credentials and complete company learning and development requirements.
Schedule
Tuesday: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
Wednesday: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
Thursday: 10:30 am – 7:00 pm
Friday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm

Active NP or PA license
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Reliable transportation to commute to the studio
Client‑centric communication style
Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Potential out‑of‑state travel for training
Physical ability to sit for hour‑long increments and lift at least 10 lbs repetitively
High level of confidentiality and professional integrity
Strong wrist dexterity and ability to operate laser and related equipment safely with laser safety goggles
