Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment such as 3 Phase motors, conveyors, and presses. You will also engage in electrical troubleshooting (480, 277, 120, and 24V DC), PLC, and robotics troubleshooting (Fanuc and ABB), along with hydraulic and pneumatic repair and other general maintenance tasks. Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic production equipment. Perform electrical troubleshooting on 480, 277, 120, and 24V DC systems. Troubleshoot PLCs and robotics, including Fanuc and ABB systems. Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Conduct welding (mig) for project work when necessary. Bend conduits for electrical systems. Essential Skills
3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred, with an associate's degree. Electrical (480V), mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, ladder logic, and schematics. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Entry-level candidates considered if degreed; 10 years experience required if no degree. PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic knowledge is advantageous. Welding (mig) skills are a plus. Conduit bending skills are also beneficial. Why Work Here?
