Your impact
Execute work grounded in electrical theory, NEC compliance, and safe operation of industrial electrical equipment.
Perform safe equipment start-up and shutdown per company procedures and OSHA requirements.
Diagnose faults using electrical test equipment; isolate issues in wiring, switches, motors, and related components.
Service electronics: test/replace faulty components, circuits, and printed circuit boards.
Install and route electrical conduit (measure, cut, thread, pull) using appropriate hand and power tools.
Install conduits, transformers, pull boxes, and switches to specification.
Repair starters, motors, and a range of electrical apparatus.
Fabricate custom parts when not commercially available using standard machine/hand tools.
Analyze conditions and perform running adjustments, repairs, and overhauls to stabilize operations.
Troubleshoot/repair electric controls, MCCs, and PLC systems.
Design control circuits; install electrical wiring; commission and repair electrical equipment.
Identify materials and equipment for projects; accurately interpret blueprints and schematics.
Coordinate project activities with Maintenance and Production Supervisors/Managers.
Coach and upskill maintenance team members and production associates (machine operators).
Demonstrate ongoing proficiency against role requirements and skill standards.
Respond to plant emergencies and maintain current certifications/training as directed.
Model leadership that supports all safety programs.
What sets you up for success
5+ years journey-level industrial maintenance experience (installing, maintaining, repairing industrial equipment).
Ability to read and understand safety protocols and equipment manuals written in English.
Proven skill in reading blueprints/schematics and diagnosing root causes of equipment failures.
Knowledge of low and high voltage electrical systems and fundamental wiring principles.
Precision alignment experience for rotating/precision equipment.
Background in fabrication, installation, and maintenance of production and support equipment (arc welders, oxy‑acetylene, saws, drills, grinders, pumps, engines).
Ability to meet testing/training requirements.
Strength in mechanical troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting, and 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems.
