Overview
We are seeking an
experienced Project Manager
to lead and deliver high-impact projects across a mid size but growing organization. This is a
5 days per week, on-site role . Must be a US Citizen or green card holder. Must have a
PMP
and 5+ years of experience. Background in ERP/CRM systems is preferred; Dynamics 365 or NetSuite experience is a plus but not a hard requirement. Experience driving data unification projects across large platforms is a significant plus. Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for assigned initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Manage integration and implementation projects, particularly around enterprise applications (ERP/CRM). Partner with stakeholders to assess, prioritize, and resource projects effectively. Keep leadership informed on status, risks, and deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, Product, QA, Development, etc.) to drive outcomes. Maintain strong governance, documentation, and adherence to project methodologies. Qualifications
Bachelors degree
in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of project management experience
with a track record of successful delivery. Hands-on experience leading
Dynamics 365, NetSuite , or other ERP/CRM implementations is strongly preferred. Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall). Proficiency with common project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello). Excellent communication skills and ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders. PMP certification required Strong problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. What Were Looking For
Proven ability to deliver projects that span acquisitions, new applications, or cross-functional efforts. Experience with large-scale data unification or integration projects is a big plus. A collaborative leader who can inspire teams, overcome obstacles, and drive projects to successful completion.
