What to Expect Job Responsibilities:

Drive outbound sales campaigns to targeted customers and optimize their impact

Pursue qualified end-user leads and create custom quotes while collaborating with distributors

Source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound communication

Assist the outside sales team by managing follow-up on established sales deals

Develop and maintain relationships with assigned distribution accounts through upselling and cross-selling

What is Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required

Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a related role (1–3 years preferred)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and emails daily

Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

How to Stand Out

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a hunter mentality

Familiarity with channel sales or distribution models is a plus
