Multi-skilled maintenance technician needed for commercial office buildings located in the Western Suburbs. Position will perform day to day general maintenance duties, as well as, assist with construction work and clean up. Previous experience or knowledge of maintenance, painting, construction, electrical, HVAC, plumbing or drywall is desired.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Qualifications Required (at least 3 years):
Construction, Frame Carpentry, HVAC, Drywall, Power Tools, Commercial Painting, Carpentry, Property Maintenance
Valid Drivers License is required.
