to spearhead institutional fundraising efforts and develop a scalable capital distribution model. This prominent leadership position involves driving capital raising initiatives across institutional investors, credit funds, and private wealth channels while fostering creative financial product development and improving capital accessibility. The perfect candidate will come with significant experience in capital raising for infrastructure, structured finance, or private market investment vehicles, and will be enthusiastic about applying their expertise in a dynamic, technology-centric environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead capital formation strategies aimed at institutional LPs, credit funds, family offices, and private wealth channels Oversee the entire investor engagement cycle, which includes origination, diligence, structuring, and closing Build and lead a high-achieving team focused on fundraising and investor relations Design and implement capital strategies for private investment vehicles, co-investments, and innovative product formats Collaborate closely with internal teams such as finance, legal, and product to ensure alignment of fundraising strategies with vehicle designs Represent the firm at investor gatherings, advisory panels, and significant industry events Partner with senior leadership to contribute to broader corporate strategy Qualifications 10+ years of experience in capital formation, investment banking, structured credit, or private market fundraising Proven record of success in raising capital for infrastructure, energy, or real asset strategies Familiar with fund structures, separately managed accounts, and institutional diligence processes Proven ability to cultivate and manage investor relationships from introduction to closing Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration, especially with legal, compliance, finance, and product teams Genuine interest in innovation within capital markets, including technology-driven or decentralized solutions FINRA Series 7 and 63 or 79 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
