Hours:
7 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday

of the
maintenance technician:
Manage maintenance software tasks and preventive maintenance schedules Perform general upkeep and repair of facility, machines, and equipment Conduct building and facility repairs Guide team members on proper equipment care Log and maintain accurate Preventative Maintenance records Perform basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs Troubleshoot machinery issues, identify root causes, and make necessary repairs Work on mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Wire and troubleshoot 3-phase electric motors Coordinate complex tasks with external contractors Maintain and follow OSHA lockout/tagout procedures Qualifications
of the
maintenance technician:
Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience required Experience with 3-phase electric motor wiring, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
