Schedule
12-hour day shifts with self-scheduling options. Coverage includes every other weekend and holidays as needed.
Job Description
The Respiratory Therapist will provide comprehensive care to patients in various settings, including critical care. You will work closely with Pulmonary Critical Care physicians and Hospitalist services to manage ventilators and other respiratory therapies.
Responsibilities
Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including bronchodilator therapy, hyperinflation, airway clearance, and non-invasive ventilation. Manage mechanical ventilation protocols for ICU patients. Conduct external transports for adult critical care patients. Document patient care accurately using the Epic system. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist. Certified as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP are required. Experience in neonatal and pediatric care, specifically in NICU/PICU settings, is essential. Epic experience within the last two years is non-negotiable. Why ARMStaffing?
