Our client, a leader in manufacturing and fabrication, is seeking an Entry Level Welder to join their dedicated team. As an Entry Level Welder, you will be an essential part of the fabrication department supporting the production of high-quality filtration equipment and structural components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully within the organization.

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Shift:
4PM - 2:30AM, Monday - Thursday, 4X10 Nights
What's the Job?
Fabricate and weld filtration equipment, pipe, and structural components from blueprints and work orders
Apply AWS welding symbols and codes accurately during fabrication processes
Operate welding equipment including GMAW and FCAW processes
Use tools such as preheat-cutting torches, stud welders, and overhead cranes safely and effectively
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to safety regulations and quality procedures
What's Needed?
Minimum of two years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven knowledge of AWS welding symbols and codes
Ability to select proper wire, shielding gases, and set wire feed speeds and voltage
Certification in AWS-1G unlimited thickness or ASTM Section 9 preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency to complete projects safely and efficiently
