NETA Level III or IV Technician
to join their Electrical Power Services Division in
Leesburg, Virginia .

inspect, test, troubleshoot , and collect data on complex electrical systems Supervise and guide Level I & II technicians and assistants Perform maintenance and commissioning on
low, medium, and high-voltage equipment , including switchgear, transformers, cables, and relays Calibrate and test protective relays , power metering systems, and control circuits Conduct arc-flash and shock risk assessments; maintain detailed safety documentation Commission
generator and high-voltage substation systems Ensure full compliance with
NFPA 70E , OSHA, and lockout/tag-out protocols Assist sales and engineering teams with technical expertise and field insights Candidate Requirements Minimum
5 years' experience
in electrical power systems testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance Hands-on experience with
switchgear, relays, transformers, motor controls, and substations Proven understanding of
NETA ATS and MTS standards Strong command of
electrical safety protocols (NFPA70E) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Excellent written communication and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications Active
NETA Level III or IV Certification
(or NICET-EPT equivalent) Experience working in
NERC-regulated
