Description Assess patients from pediatric to geriatric stages utilizing both standardized tests and observational methods. Craft personalized treatment strategies targeting both short-term objectives and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing requirements. Deliver one-on-one speech therapy focused on communication, language acquisition, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing rehabilitation. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary professionals - from physical and occupational therapists to nurses and physicians, as well as family members - to ensure a unified approach to patient care. Provide education to patients and their families, empowering them to continue progress beyond the clinical environment. Occasionally perform inpatient speech evaluations and therapy sessions, maintaining a seamless care experience for patients on their treatment journey. Keep detailed and accurate documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational standards. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution. Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification has not been attained. Certifications

State licensure as a

Speech Language Pathologist . ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is highly desired. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire. Skills
