Marketing Coordinator

serves as the engine that keeps the Palm Beach Zoo's marketing efforts running seamlessly. Sitting at the crossroads of creative, production, and strategy, you'll help bring ideas to life-organizing timelines in Monday.com, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring every deliverable meets deadlines and maintains our brand standards.

From ordering signage and swag to creating quick-turn graphics in Canva, your role ensures our brand shines across every touchpoint. You'll also maintain organized digital archives in Dropbox, support website updates, assist with event coverage and content capture, and lend a hand with community events and social media engagement. This is a dynamic, hands-on position for a creative, detail-oriented professional who enjoys variety and collaboration in a mission-driven environment. Essential Responsibilities Production & Inventory Order and track business cards, rack cards, premiums, and other collateral, reordering proactively. Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure assets meet deadlines and budgets. Project & Calendar Management Build and manage project boards and marketing calendars in Monday.com-assign tasks, track progress, and surface bottlenecks. Provide weekly progress updates for team awareness and accountability. Asset & Archive Management Package and distribute approved brand assets to partners while maintaining compliance. Keep Dropbox folders organized and intuitive for quick file retrieval and long-term archiving. Design & Digital Updates Create quick-turn graphics in Canva (flyers, social tiles, web banners) following brand guidelines. Perform basic website updates-copy swaps, image uploads, and event listings. Proof and edit short-form content for accuracy and tone. Content Capture (Photo/Video) Capture candid photos and short-form video at Zoo events and behind the scenes under the direction of the Content Creation Manager. Organize and label media files for use in social and digital storytelling. Community & Social Support Represent the Zoo at select community events-manage booths, distribute collateral, and capture on-site content. Support day-to-day social media engagement, including story posting and comment moderation. Requirements

Education & Technical Requirements

Entry level position. Prefer some experience in marketing, communications, for example, from a marketing internship Minimum High School Degree or equivalent. Hands-on experience with

Monday.com ,

Canva , and

Dropbox . Familiarity with basic website editing (SiteWrench preferred) and social scheduling tools (Hootsuite). Comfortable with DSLR or smartphone photography/videography and file organization. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Excellent grammar, attention to detail, and copy-editing ability. Availability for occasional evening or weekend events; ability to lift boxes up to ~25 lbs. Experience in attractions, non-profit, or conservation settings a plus. Physical Requirements Must be able to work outdoors in all South Florida weather conditions. Must be able to stand and walk for moderate periods.
