Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service processes. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
