We are seeking a dynamic

Financial Advisor

to join our growing firm. This role combines client relationship management, business development, and investment advisory services in a collaborative, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have strong investment management skills, proven sales capabilities, and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals through comprehensive wealth management and planning strategies. Key Responsibilities will include:

Client Relationship Management Building and maintaining long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families. Conducting regular client reviews, assessing changing financial circumstances, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction with advisory services. Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned client relationships and coordinating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions. Business Development & Prospecting

Actively prospecting for new clients through networking, referrals, community involvement, and strategic partnerships within the CPA firm. Developing and executing business development strategies to grow assets under management. Participating in client events, seminars, and marketing initiatives to enhance firm visibility and attract new relationships. Investment Advisory Services

Collaborating with portfolio management partners to develop and implement customized investment strategies aligned with client objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizons. Presenting investment recommendations, explaining portfolio construction, and communicating market insights to clients. Monitoring portfolio performance and assisting with rebalancing activities as needed. Compliance & Documentation

Ensuring all client interactions, recommendations, and transactions comply with SEC regulations, FINRA rules, and firm policies. Maintaining accurate client records, complete required documentation, and participating in ongoing compliance training. Supporting regulatory examinations and audits as required. Team Collaboration

Working closely with portfolio managers, operations staff, and senior management to deliver integrated wealth management services. Participating in team meetings and contributing to firm strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have: Series 66 (Investment Adviser Law) licenses required Bachelor's degree CFP, CFA, or other relevant professional designations preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, with demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development Proven track record of asset gathering and client retention Experience with high-net-worth clientele preferred Strong communication and presentation abilities with capacity to explain complex financial concepts clearly Proficiency with portfolio management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite What We Offer
