Client Service Representative
to join our front-desk team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, compassionate environment where every day brings something new.
About the Role
Our CSRs are the customer-relations experts of our hospital. You'll be the friendly face and calming voice for our clients and their pets, ensuring every visit runs smoothly from start to finish.
Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role: Warmly greet clients and their pets upon arrival Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage reservations Accurately enter client, patient, and financial data into our system Process payments, explain invoices, and maintain organized records Assist in collecting patient histories and ensuring vaccines/tests are current Communicate with veterinarians and technicians about patient needs Support prescription refills, food orders, and retail product requests Help identify and prioritize urgent cases with empathy and efficiency Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
(veterinary or medical office experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and multitasking skills Professional, calm demeanor under pressure Weekend availability required Ability to lift 30-50 lbs as needed Above all: compassion for animals and their people Benefits
