Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 Annually

Heritage Behavioral Health Center is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) based in Illinois, dedicated to expanding access to high-quality mental health and substance use treatment. We're growing our statewide telehealth services - and we're looking for compassionate, licensed clinicians who want to make an impact while working remotely.

programs. Position Overview Provide
telehealth therapy and support services for adults
experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. You'll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team while delivering services remotely via secure platforms. Core Responsibilities Provide
individual, family, or group therapy via telehealth Complete
assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing documentation Offer
case management and community support , as needed Assist clients in developing
coping strategies, wellness routines, and supportive connections Collaborate virtually with
clinicians, nurses, healthcare providers, DCFS, law enforcement, and community partners Participate in
remote team meetings and clinical case staffings Education and Experience Master's degree in counseling and guidance, social work, vocational counseling, psychology, pastoral counseling, or family therapy is required Possess the education/experience to be able to function as a QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional), with the ability to obtain certification or licensure within 2 years are required The ability to function as LPHA (with credentials as a LCPC or LCSW), and previous experience working with the target populations, are highly recommended.
