Join our dynamic team as an Ecommerce Strategy Manager! We are currently seeking a data-driven professional to spearhead our initiatives across various marketplaces such as Amazon and TikTok Shop, as well as managing retail media, email marketing, and digital shelf strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy across multiple platforms (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart.com, Instacart, etc.).
Oversee and enhance Amazon and TikTok storefronts, including optimizing product listings, driving promotions, and managing influencer partnerships.
Manage retail media budgets for platforms like Instacart, Roundel, Ibotta, and Walmart Connect.
Optimize retailer platforms (e.g., Kroger.com) focusing on content, promotions, and customer reviews.
Lead high-impact paid social and video campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Develop and implement a strategic email marketing plan using Klaviyo, including automation and performance tracking.
Build and maintain reporting dashboards to analyze performance metrics and drive decisions.
Coordinate inventory and fulfillment efforts with supply chain logistics.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting marketing assets.
Adopt a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in CPG.
Demonstrated experience with Amazon, TikTok Shop, and various retail media platforms.
Strong analytical skills, project management capabilities, and excellent communication.
Proficiency in Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Walmart Retail Link, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo.
Bonus: Experience in food/beverage sectors or direct-to-consumer markets, familiar with Shopify and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe).
