Staffmark is hiring a Production Technician to support a leading innovator in industrial manufacturing in Austin, TX. This is your opportunity to work with flashlamp-based tools that are transforming the industry - all while being part of a team that values precision, innovation, and efficiency.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
What You'll Do
As a Production Technician, you'll assemble and integrate advanced photonic curing systems by following detailed wiring schematics and production plans.
Daily Responsibilities:
Assemble control panels, wire harnesses, and signal enclosures. Install and integrate electromechanical components into cabinets, chassis, and consoles. Perform precise electrical assembly tasks using tools such as crimpers, strippers, and cutters. Conduct self-inspections and assist with final testing. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support additional tasks as needed to meet production goals. Qualifications
5+ years of technical assembly experience. Class 1 soldering skills (certification preferred). Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation. Strong mechanical and electrical assembly skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and safely work around chemicals/hazardous materials as required. High attention to detail and commitment to safety.
