Job Description

Effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors through both written and verbal channels to make sure expectations are met and challenges are taken care of promptly. Demonstrates strong initiative and a proactive approach to solving problems. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite with a working knowledge of scheduling software. Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, sequencing, and documentation, including requisitions and change orders. Supports early-stage project planning through conceptual estimating, budgeting, and pricing as needed. The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree and at least two years of relevant experience, or a comparable mix of education and hands-on training. Strong ability to interpret construction documents, technical specifications, and regulatory guidelines, with confidence, presenting to stakeholders at all levels. Thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings excellent organizational skills to manage competing priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with project management tools like Procore, scheduling software, and job costing systems. Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor is a plus. Demonstrates practical problem-solving skills and can follow instructions delivered in various formats-written, verbal, or visual. Flexible and resourceful, with a proactive mindset toward overcoming challenges. Familiarity with project accounting is an added advantage. What's on Offer
