Position Summary:
The Lead Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing a variety of projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your expertise will be crucial in managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. You will drive project planning, risk management, and implementation strategies, while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.
Essential Job Functions/Duties:
Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints Coordinate and oversee activities of project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges, developing contingency plans as needed Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and key stakeholders Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the building materials industry Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from concept to completion Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field PMP certification or similar project management accreditation is highly desirable Experience in the precast and concrete industry Experience with ERP software such as Titan a plus Critical Skills:
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive project success Ability to guide and inspire people to achieve a common goal and promote team cohesion Ability to interact effectively and build positive relationships with others Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and use time effectively
