The Salesforce Full Stack Engineer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining mission‑critical applications that support ARS’s clinical, operational, and business workflows. This role requires strong full‑stack engineering skills and the ability to leverage AI‑powered development tools to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and documentation workflows.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to build scalable solutions on Salesforce and integrate with internal and external systems. We only want developers that absolutely love coding! This needs to be your passion. To excel in this role you must be resilient and feel comfortable working in tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and custom APIs.
Implement full‑stack solutions integrating front‑end interfaces and back‑end logic using modern frameworks and cloud services.
Leverage AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve development speed, refactor code, generate tests, and enhance documentation.
Translate business requirements into efficient, maintainable, and secure code.
Participate in code reviews, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and analysts to deliver robust solutions aligned with ARS’s mission.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Stay current on AI‑driven development trends and Salesforce platform enhancements.
Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in full‑stack software development.
Experience with back‑end development, database design, and integration patterns.
Proficiency with AI development assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance productivity and innovation.
Familiarity with modern DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD pipelines, test automation).
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
Preferred Experience
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator).
Experience with Node.js, Python, or TypeScript.
Familiarity with API‑first design and data integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.).
Prior experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or compliance‑focused systems is a plus.
