About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President to join its Alternative Investments Chief Financial Officer Team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Investment Officers, providing insights, and guiding their strategic success. This prominent position involves managing the financials of a diverse range of products and strategies, implementing new business strategies, and optimizing business performance. The role demands a highly collaborative, quick-thinking, and solution-oriented approach, with a focus on reducing business risks and improving financial performance. The Vice President will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to, driving key initiatives, identifying and mitigating business risks, and partnering with various internal and external teams to ensure the business is well-prepared for an evolving market structure.

Applicants for the Vice President position should have a Bachelors degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, and previous experience in business management or a similar role. The role requires a highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management, prioritization, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to forge strong internal relationships, work with a high degree of independence, and have a proven track record of defining and delivering strategic agendas. Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely.
