Civil Project Manager - Land Development (Western Region)
Metro Reference:
Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim, CA
Location:
Inland Empire / San Bernardino County, CA
Salary:
$115,000 - $140,000 + incentives
Why This Role:
Take ownership of large residential and commercial land-development projects in high-growth California corridors outside LA.
Responsibilities: Lead entitlement, grading, stormwater, and utility coordination.
Manage construction oversight, contractor bids, and change orders.
Collaborate with local jurisdictions for approvals.
Requirements:
7+ years land development experience in Southern California.
Civil engineering degree; PE preferred.
