Accounts Receivable/Billing/Office Admin Specialist

Accounts Receivable/Billing/Office Admin
position! LHH has formed a partnership with a company located near Downtown Portland, OR which is actively seeking an Accounts Receivable/Billing/Office Admin to join their team on a direct hire basis.
Responsibilities for this position include:
Billing tasks Processing payments of outstanding balances Following up on overdue accounts Resolving invoice issues or inquiries Handling office duties, including reception, inventory management, and dishwashing Candidate requirements:
At least 3 years of office accounting experience, including billing responsibilities A BA or AA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred; required if the applicant does not have relevant experience Customer service skills Ability to multitask effectively Previous experience with cash posting and cash applications Benefits: Benefits vary depending on employer Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
