A bachelor’s degree is required. Six years of relevant experience, or an associate degree and four years of relevant experience, may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Responsibilities: The Senior Staff Coordinator serves as Gemini site lead for the USCENTCOM Strategy, Plans and Policy Support (SPPS) task order and all Gemini SPPS staff. The Senior Staff Coordinator coordinates with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for managing the task order staff in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) workload requirements and/or as assigned by the division leadership through the COR. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: ·
Support and coordination related to assisting the Directorate and contract staff with the conduct of day-to-day operations. ·
Maintain branch calendars, including daily calendars for key leaders, and assist with short- and long-range calendars and other battle rhythm events. ·
Perform duties as the Gemini site lead and coordinate all activities with the COR. ·
Provide oversight of division contract administrative functions and personnel. Track Gemini effort expended for individual tasks completed. Coordinate with the COR and government leads to manage Gemini effort as required. ·
Assist with generation and submittal of travel and Additional Work Effort (AWE) requests. Maintain local records of travel and AWE requested and expended during current period of performance. Coordinate with the COR to ensure efficient utilization of resources. ·
Provide facility and administrative support at other various locations, as needed, when requested by the Government. ·
Administrate the Iran branch Tasker Management Tool (TMT) assign, track, update, and assist with assigning, USCENTCOM, Joint Staff, and DoD taskings through the TMT. ·
Assist with daily reporting requirements; monitor and track evaluations; maintain personnel evaluations; in- and out-process division personnel; compile and maintain supply inventory for government purchase card holders; and assist with personnel and facility security management. ·
Assist with maintaining SharePoint & Organizational File Servers/sites on SIPR and JWICS (authorities for two networks). ·
Create staff clearance validation requests, coordinate with other Special Security Offices (SSO), and update access files for assigned facilities as needed. ·
Provide support on travel coordination and use of the Defense Travel System (DTS) and roster production. ·
Serve as Lead Scheduler for TSVTC's for the Branch and provide support to both the Division and Directorate as needed. ·
When required, act as a liaison between division users and respective help desks to assist with identification of the issues and articulate the problem to facilitate a quick resolution. Qualifications: The candidate must have the following qualifications: ·
Minimum of 12 years of military service. ·
Minimum of 3 years of experience at a Joint or Combined Command Headquarters. ·
Minimum of 4 years of working experience on SharePoint; minimum of 2 years working as a SharePoint Administrator. ·
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Travel:
Travel required to AOR.
