Unit Facility Management Manager

IKEA . What you’ll be doing day to day
Lead all Facility Management (FM) aspects through the unit FM teams, in one or more specific units to optimize the value and efficiency of each property in a sustainable way. Provide a safe and operational environment for the business, co-workers, and customers. Implement property management innovations, digital and technical solutions. Ensure that co-workers, service providers and external partners understand all FM guidelines and initiatives. Manage long term planning, budget estimation, execution, follow up, forecasting and reporting within the FM scope. Implement and evaluate supplier contracts to improve efficiencies, costs, equipment, and quality. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial Facilities role, or similar. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and coordinating with external service providers. Experience working with sustainability from a facility management perspective. Why IKEA
