Job Title Analyst, Engagement – Clinical Transformation, DaVita Integrated Kidney Care
Compensation Base Pay: $56,500 – $75,000 per year. DaVita Kidney Care pay range is provided separately.
Job Overview The Analyst will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of initiatives that strengthen practice partnerships and improve clinical outcomes through clinical transformation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in developing, piloting, implementing, evaluating, and improving key initiatives that strengthen practice partnerships and associated clinical outcomes.
Create professional presentations and visuals to clearly convey data and insights with actionable takeaways.
Work collaboratively with cross‑functional stakeholders across the organization, including field operators, clinical, financial, IT, and compliance teams.
Assist in creating and managing datasets, reports, and results to convey targeted messages for various audiences.
Participate in special projects beyond day‑to‑day responsibilities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (required).
1‑2 years of relevant data analyst experience (required).
1‑2 years of project management experience.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills (required).
Resilient, resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, and a desire to learn (required).
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Outlook (required).
Ability to write and read complex Excel formulas (required).
Healthcare background, interest, or educational experience (preferred).
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including operations, finance, clinical, and compliance (preferred).
Experience in project management, including handling multiple concurrent projects (preferred).
