Job Summary:
The GRC Archer Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing RSA Archer solutions to support enterprise governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes.
This role involves extensive hands-on configuration, customization, and integration work within the Archer platform, as well as collaboration with business and technology teams to deliver efficient and automated GRC solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain Archer solutions, focusing on core and custom applications. Gather and define business and functional requirements, translating them into technical solutions using RSA Archer. Configure and customize modules, forms, workflows, calculations, integrations, dashboards, and access controls within the Archer platform. Perform server-side maintenance of Archer, including control panel, Archer services, custom APIs, and IIS services. Develop and maintain data models and business process models for rapid solution prototyping. Create and manage reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to meet business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with governance and compliance requirements. Develop and integrate RESTful and web services for API connectivity with the RSA Archer platform. Implement client-side policies and validations using JavaScript/jQuery. Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 7+ years of experience implementing Archer solutions. At least 4+ years of hands-on development experience with RSA Archer, focusing on core and application-level implementations. Strong knowledge of business and functional requirement gathering and documentation. Proficiency in configuring and customizing out-of-the-box Archer modules and workflows. Experience with server-side maintenance and configuration in Archer. Moderate experience (1–3 years) with JavaScript/jQuery for client-side scripting. Moderate development experience (2+ years) with Java/JEE, particularly in web and RESTful service development. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience integrating RSA Archer with other enterprise systems. Familiarity with GRC processes and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or SOX. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to rapidly prototype solutions.
