Position at Fitchburg State University, part of the Campus Center located in Hammond Hall.
Job Overview The Game Room is an area of the Campus Center. The staff reports to the Manager of the Game Room and the Assistant Director of Campus Center Operations.
Responsibilities
Assist with operation of the Game Room
Provide friendly quality customer service to patrons
Track student attendance in the Game Room
Maintain an inventory and sign‑out process of equipment
Clean and make minor repairs to current equipment
Assist in the planning, promotion, and implementation of any events held in or in collaboration with the Game Room
Maintain a clean, organized and professional workspace
Maintain a working knowledge and willingness to learn about the Game Room's services and equipment
Possess strong computer, typing and record‑keeping skills
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Other duties as assigned
Additional Information This is a part‑time, non‑benefited, student‑only position. Schedule varies up to 20 hours per week and the hourly rate is $15.00. Anticipated start date 01/25/2026.
