Job Summary Are you customer focused, have a passion for people, and like to have fun? Camden’s Customer Relations Advisors are responsible for assisting current and potential residents at Camden communities across the country. They help provide Living Excellence by responding to requests for leasing information, service requests, and community-related questions. Our advisors have excellent communication skills, think outside the box, go the extra mile, and create lasting connections. They are experts in customer service who understand and anticipate customer needs to create exceptional experiences. Essential Functions

Assist potential residents with leasing information, quotes, and scheduling appointments. Showcase community features related to customer needs. Assist current residents with maintenance requests, emergency dispatch, and other questions. Accurately record resident and prospect information. Respond promptly to requests via phone, email, SMS, and chat, maintaining a customer-focused attitude. Escalate issues through appropriate channels when necessary. Use problem-solving skills to handle unpredictable situations. Meet performance standards including schedule adherence, handle time, productivity, and call quality. Contribute to department goals and objectives. Spend approximately 95% of time on calls, with 5% on training and education. Assist with other projects and activities as needed. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Work from home in a remote environment. Experience in a customer-related field required; experience in multi-family industry or contact center preferred. Customer-focused attitude and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task, take initiative, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and typing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to handle multiple technology platforms. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Must have stable internet connection and be connected via Ethernet cable. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Ability to sit for extended periods. Adherence to Camden’s Professional Image guidelines and availability for camera meetings. Responsible for obtaining suitable workspace and equipment. Additional Information

Position involves sedentary work with mobility requirements. Requires handling repetitive motions and working in a typical office setting. Must handle stressful situations and work long hours or odd schedules. Periodic travel may be required. This job description is not exhaustive; responsibilities may change. The pay range is $20 to $29 per hour, subject to change based on various factors including experience, location, and shift. Other compensation may include bonuses and incentives based on role and performance. Benefits
