Day to day as a Systems Engineer - Senior Level Mission Intelligence Group is on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to take the helm of multidisciplinary engineering teams, spearheading complex systems engineering initiatives within the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG), Allied System for Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG), and partner Federal Agencies. In this pivotal role, you will influence the architecture and integration of mission-critical GEOINT systems that underpin U.S. and allied operations. As a technical leader, you'll mentor mid- and junior-level engineers throughout the engineering lifecycle, focusing on requirements development, solution architecture, systems integration, and system performance optimization. You will lead user requirement planning, oversee solution designs, and guide systems integration efforts across multiple platforms.

Active TS/SCI clearance
Strong understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle
Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following fields:
Systems Engineering, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Other related STEM disciplines
OR
12 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in lieu of a degree
Minimum of 12 years of experience in government or industry in one or more of the following areas:
DoD/Intelligence Community (IC) Acquisition Processes
Requirements development processes
PPBES (Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System)
Systems engineering of large, complex
System of Systems (SoS)
or
Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)/Cloud
environments
Desired Skills and Experience:
Master's degree in:

OR a related technical or scientific field (as listed above)
Certifications & Licensure
