Survey Cad Technician
As a Survey Cad Technician, you will be responsible for drafting boundary, topographic, ALTA Surveys land title, and construction survey plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D. You will process and manage field data collected via GPS and total station equipment, coordinating with field crews, project managers, and engineers to ensure accurate data workflows. Additionally, you will conduct deed and map research to support boundary resolution, maintain organized drawing files, and contribute to drafting standards. Writing metes and bounds descriptions, developing and refining CAD procedures and file management systems, and occasionally supporting field crews with data collection are also key aspects of this role. Responsibilities Draft boundary, topographic, ALTA Surveys land title, and construction survey plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Essential Skills 3-6 years of experience working in the survey industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD design. Experience preparing Topographic, Boundary, and ALTA Surveys. Familiarity with Civil 3D and boundary survey software. Knowledge of surveying and land surveying principles. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $800000.00/yr.
