Enjoy a balanced lifestyle in Central Minnesota's beautiful lake country. Our physicians provide outpatient, inpatient, and emergency care. Practice Highlights: Support and collaboration from 6 physicians with 4 advanced practice providers Opportunities available for Family Medicine physicians to provide ER & OB care in addition to clinical outpatient practice C-Section opportunities available with 1:4 call Primary ER call 1:5 with backup coverage during the week and on weekends Weekend ER coverage 1:5 Additional compensation for ER coverage Sign-on bonus Pay and Benefits: Starting pay begins at $260,000 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience Salary range: $260,000 - $300,000 per year Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate Full-time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!
