Federal Programs Project Managers
who will operate out of our offices across the United States. Successful candidates will join the Federal Programs Team and help deliver high‑value solutions to government clients.

Responsibilities
Lead design projects, conduct stakeholder interviews, analyze existing conditions, and prepare presentations for clients and internal meetings.
Manage design process, deliver technical expertise, and provide guidance on project execution.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, architectural, electrical, structural, civil, planning) to implement design programs and construction activities.
Develop construction documents for a wide range of federal projects.
Conduct on‑site observations, compliance checks, and facility condition assessments.
Review design documents for intent, material use, and coordination; perform quality checks and back‑checks across multiple disciplines.
Supervise and mentor junior team members.
Support marketing efforts by preparing responses to Federal Requests for Qualifications (SF330).
Exercise responsible decision‑making regarding company resources and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct.
Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
Required Qualifications
BS in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
10+ years of experience in architecture or engineering, including work with USACE, NAVFAC, AFCEC, and/or DoD agencies.
PE or RA registration.
U.S. citizenship.
Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret level Security Clearance.
In‑depth knowledge of national and local codes, including UFCs/T, UFGS, and agency‑specific design standards.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Strong negotiation, representation, and liaison skills with all stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently within budget and schedule constraints.
Availability for CONUS/OCONUS travel, including overnight stays.
Preferred Qualifications
Active U.S. Government Secret clearance.
NCARB registration.
PMP Certification.

Compensation Expected Salary (all locations): $121,000 – $175,000
Expected Salary (Colorado only): $129,600 – $170,000
