Book Sale Helpers Needed for Dayton Book Fair!

Come help the Book Fair Foundation with the upcoming November
Dayton Book Fair ! The sale will be at the
Montgomery County Fairgrounds & Event Center
(entrance near 645 Infirmary Road). We'd love to have help with setting up the sale (November 3-6) and during the sale (November 7-9). During setup, we'll need help arranging books on tables. During the sale, we'll need help keeping the sale neat and tidy and assisting with customer purchases. We'll also need help tearing down the sale on November 10. (Day of Heavy Lifting!) Tuesday, November 4th: 9am-5pm
(Heavy Lifting in the Morning!) Wednesday, November 5th: 9am-5pm Thursday, November 6th: 9am-5pm The Sale: Friday, November 7th: 9:15am-7:15pm Saturday, November 8th: 9:15am-5:15pm Sunday, November 9th: 9:15am-5:15pm Sale Teardown: Monday, November 10th: 9am-5pm Also, this year we'll be having the Rabbit Hole Romp 5k race at the Fairgrounds on the morning of Nov. 9th - we'll need volunteers for this event as well (8am-12pm). Your hard work at the Book Fair this year will help out our 2025 beneficiaries: Family Promise of Greene County, the Ohio Performing Arts Institute and Gem City Roller Derby.
