Responsibilities Are you a strategic thinker with deep expertise in
E&S Property insurance ? Ready to lead product innovation and drive portfolio performance in a high-impact role?
We’re looking for a
collaborative, data-driven leader
to join our Product Management team and shape the future of our E&S Property offerings. This role offers the chance to lead product development from concept to launch, influence underwriting strategy, and work cross-functionally across actuarial, distribution, legal, and IT.
What You’ll Do:
Lead new product development and enhancements
Own rate decisions and collaborate on rating algorithms
Guide underwriting decisions at both risk and portfolio levels
Monitor performance and iterate based on data and market trends
Ensure regulatory compliance and adapt to evolving landscapes
Qualifications What We’re Looking For:
10+ years in E&S Product Management or related roles (underwriting experience a plus)
Deep understanding of E&S Property insurance, including market dynamics and regulatory considerations.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
Familiarity with tools like PowerBI and Excel (training available)
The successful candidate is expected to work in one of our offices 3 days per week and also be available for travel as required.
The annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the U.S. and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training.
