The HR Coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Supporting the HR team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks Assisting with HRIS system maintenance, data accuracy, and user support Aiding in recruitment-related tasks through our applicant tracking system Maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information Building collaborative relationships across departments and providing outstanding customer service to both team members and leadership Taking initiative to learn, grow, and contribute to department-wide projects and process improvements If you are someone with:

High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred) Previous experience in HR or related internships (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to quickly learn HRIS platforms (UKG Pro experience preferred) Strong interpersonal, telephone, and written communication skills Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities A high degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism Interest in pursuing PHR or SHRM-CP certification (preferred)

Physical Requirements:

Actual pay rate within stated pay range is determined based on relevant factors in compliance with state and local wage laws.
