Job Title: Software Developer
Designation: Delivery Module Lead
Location: Mph- Client Site, New York, US
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with a strong focus on Salesforce - Sales Cloud to join our dynamic team as a Delivery Module Lead. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities and a basic understanding of various Studios within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Tool, including Content Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Contact Builder. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client needs.
Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions utilizing Salesforce - Sales Cloud. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Oversee the integration of Salesforce Sales Cloud with other systems and platforms. Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, including Content Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Contact Builder, to enhance marketing strategies. Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and project management methodologies. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks associated with software development projects. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends to continuously improve solutions. Mandatory Skills:
Strong knowledge of Salesforce - Sales Cloud, including its features, functionalities, and best practices. Basic understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools: Content Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Contact Builder. Proficiency in software development methodologies and project management. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Preferred Skills:
Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Familiarity with integration tools and APIs related to Salesforce. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Understanding of data modeling and database management. Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Salesforce, particularly in Sales Cloud, are a plus. Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong analytical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
